Oehler Peter & Co. snc confirms the correct receipt of the customer’s order, by email with a detailed overview of the purchase: order number, products, sum, method of payment, delivery costs, etc.

If at the ordering time, the product is out of stock, the customer will promptly be notified by email or phone, and will be able to:
- cancel the order and be reimbursed for any sums already paid

In this case, the order will be shipped immediately.
If, after 14 days from the date of the order, the payment is not made, Oehler Peter & Co. snc invokes the right of cancelling the order.
The shipping is free.
There is a possibility of delivering the package to an address different from that of the customer (to be specified in the purchase form). In such a case, the counterfoil is not sent.
Tempering of / Damage to the parcel
It is our concern to pack the goods in solid cardboard boxes with bubble films to ensure the integrity of your products.
It is also in our interest that the goods are delivered on time.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging (absence of damages / openings), and eventually to accept it with stipulation (to be reported on the specific form provided by the courier).
Once you opened the parcel, in case of breakage of the content, please inform us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will promptly solve the problem.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Oehler Peter & Co. snc gives the customer the right to withdraw from the purchase, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from the parcel receipt.
CONDITIONS FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The product must be received by Oehler Peter & Co. snc within 30 working days from its receipt by the customer.
- The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
- The product must be returned in its entirety. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on a part of the purchased product.
- The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging, complete of all its parts.
If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are respected, Oehler Peter & Co. snc will refund the sum paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs (and an eventual counterfoil), by bank transfer, within 30 days from the return of the goods.
Otherwise, Oehler Peter & Co. snc invokes the right not to accept the return.
However, the customer may, at their own expense, get back the returned product.
In case of breakdown or dispute between Oehler Peter & Co. snc and our customer, we guarantee our participation in an attempt of friendly settlement promoted in front of RisolviOnline, – an independent institutional service provided by the Arbitration Chamber of the Commerce Chamber of Milan, that allows for achieving a satisfactory agreement, with the help of a competent and neutral conciliator, in a friendly and safe way.
